Lowest Price Guarantee
Here at Home Luxe Decors, we take pride in the products we offer and stand out from our competitors through our extensive product expertise and prompt customer support. We want to ensure our customers are getting the best prices available to them. We are constantly working with our suppliers to offer competitive pricing and to create the lowest price point for our customers.
We’ll gladly match the price of any qualifying product from key online competitors within 21 days of your purchase. If you find a current lower price within 21 days of your purchase, we’ll happily adjust your payment to the lower price, upon request.
Due to fluctuations in our pricing as we strive to keep our products priced at the lowest they can be, coupons or discounts cannot be retroactively applied to orders that have already been placed.
Guidelines and Limitations
To price match a product, you must first purchase the product from our website, then reach out to us within 21 days of the order date at support@homeluxedecors.com and include:
- Subject line: Price Match - Product Name, Competitor Name
- A URL link of the price match offer to the competitor’s website
- The price for a product must be listed and valid at the time of match. We reserve the right to verify a competitor’s advertised price and the availability of the product.
- The product must be identical in brand name, weight, color, quantity and model number. It must be in stock at the time of Price Match for approved online competitors.
- Price matches must be from an online competitor, excluding discount or auction websites.
- We reserve the right to limit price quantities of price matches per identical product per customer for online competitor matches.
- Some items may not be price matched as they are already listed at the lowest possible price and, per our contract with manufacturers, are not allowed to drop below the lowest price point we are allowed to sell it at.
