Returned products must be sent back in its original packaging and contain every part it came with.
If your product comes damaged in any way please take photos and send it to support@homeluxedecors.com, and we will gladly resolve the issue with the manufacturer on your behalf. Damaged goods must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
As for non-damaged/defective returns, we accept returns up to 14 days of the item being delivered on most products (for example, made-to-order items cannot be returned). Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with the return, as well as a restocking fee on some products up to 25% of the purchase price. If you would like to make a return after the 14-day period, it may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
As a part of our Satisfaction Guarantee, any item that arrives in less than perfect condition or missing parts will be handled at no extra cost as long as reported within 14 days.
Can I return my order?
Customer satisfaction is very important to us and our Customer Services Support Team is here to assist you. To return an eligible item to Home Luxe Decors, please send an email to support@homeluxedecors.com within 24-72 hours of your original purchase date. Please keep in mind that items that are made-to-order are final sale unless stated otherwise.
Return Procedure
Orders with missing pieces or defective parts will fall under warranty and can be returned or replaced.
- Reference your order number as proof of purchase
- Returned items must be in their original condition, including any retail packaging, in order to be accepted.
- Photos of damage or defect must be sent to support@homeluxedecors.com
- If the item arrived damaged or was not what you ordered, Home Luxe Decors will pay the return shipping cost. For all other returns you are responsible for the return shipping cost and for any damage or loss during shipment back to us.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
